How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. We are looking to expand to international markets in the near future.

How do I care for my Old Row apparel?

To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because we process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact support immediately.
