At Old Row, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and clearance items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
